I have not heard any arguments that amount to exceptional circumstances that would enable this Court to exercise a discretion under Rule 46(E) to permit counsel to withdraw. Accordingly, the trial will continue. There have already been too many delays in this Court, many of them emanating from the accused's decisions and the court will proceed in -- as directed. The accused and counsel will remain and hear the evidence and the submissions of the Prosecution as scheduled.
