If my learned friend is reading from a statement and the text, or the context, the portion of that statement which he is reading is being objected to on the basis that it is not correct - in line with what we have, your Honours I think it might be misleading if counsel is putting that piece of evidence to the witness. It might be misleading. Besides, your Honours, we think it is a matter of courtesy, between counsel, if counsel is referring to a portion of the statement of a witness, or previous testimony, to refer to that portion as we have often done and at their request we have often done that.
