If we find out that something happened to them during their capture, if they can identify the fighter that did that bad thing to them, Joint Security will investigate about the fighter and they will investigate the fighter in the Joint Security office. But if the civilian could not recall the fighter that did that bad thing to her, or him, we too, whatever report we prepare about the complaint, the commander that was the leader for that particular mission will have his name included in that report: That so and so commander was the leader of a mission and that was what happened to the civilian, but he could not - we could not get the fighter that did the act. So, that was the way we worked in this Joint Security office.
