The Chamber has heard the applications and will grant the application to have identifying evidence in private session. For the purposes of the rules and public record, the next part of the evidence to be adduced before this Court will be heard in private session. That means that members of the public and monitors can see into the Court, but will not be able to hear. This is for reasons of security of the witness.
