The next witness is TF1-024. The Prosecution has consulted with this witness and he has expressed his desire to testify openly today. This witness is being provided pursuant to your Honours' decision of 20 October 2008 as a 92 bis witness available for cross-examination. In terms of protective measures this witness falls into a category that the previous witnesses have fallen into, which was the 5 July 2004 decision by Trial Chamber I of the Special Court for Sierra Leone in Freetown in the case of Prosecutor v Sesay and others. This was a Category 1 witness and, therefore, to whatever extent that witness is covered by that protective measures decision the Prosecution is applying to rescind those measures now so the witness can testify openly.
