I was not able to view the video during the time I was reading this, but my recollection was that this was a question put to the witness and the witness himself answered, "He was a soldier". It appears in this translation that this is all part of the witness's statement, when in reality there was a question in here. He was asking whether he was a soldier or a rebel. I don't know if Defence counsel's recollection is the same as mine, but I'm certain that that question was put to him while he was lying on the bed and the answer was, "He was a soldier".
