I would not say so because the LPRC, the petroleum product area, is an autonomous government agency, so the government did not interfere into that part. So even the petroleum products that was used by government had to be bought, the government had to be them from the LPRC, because the LPRC itself was not owned, but - so I would say basically not a lot from petroleum products.

What would happen is that those that imported the petroleum products I think had to pay. There was a government surtax that was paid directly to the government, but on the taxes on the products and different things were paid directly to the LPRC.
