There is no requirement that originals be provided. Articles are provided all of the time. In this Court the Defence has also provided you with articles which indeed are extracts that were part of the Sierra Leone News Web. This indicates that these are news articles and, as such, news articles have been provided and accepted by your Honours throughout this trial. So we would suggest there's no basis for the objection, because it is not relevant to admissibility. It is relevant to any weight that your Honours may eventually attach to this document.
