Your Honour, no objection. I do have one observation: That when counsel are concerned about something they themselves think they've heard, I don't think it's appropriate for them to spell out what they've heard, because that may plant seeds of concern in the minds of others. I have no objection to the tape being listened to for clarification, but I think that's all that should be asked for in open court.
