Very well then. We deem it right that we should proceed pursuant to Rule 60 of the rules of procedure.

Madam Witness, I am going to remind you that you took an oath yesterday to tell the truth and today that oath is still binding on you as you continue with your evidence.

However, before the witness continues with her evidence in cross-examination, there was a matter raised by the Defence yesterday in relation to two documents that were about to be put to the witness. The Defence did object to these two documents being put to the witness for various reasons and this is the ruling of the Court on those two documents.

The first of the documents is a web page from the website of Lonestar Cell Liberia.
