I am not necessarily objecting. I am seeking guidance from the Court.
I am wondering whether it is necessary that those names be mentioned, I mean in public session, that is, because of the notoriety of Benjamin Yeaten's name in this case and the evidence presented about his character. And if these persons are still alive, wherever they may be, who knows whether they still maintain a relationship with him. And also who knows what consequences might inure to the current witness for disclosing these names, I don't know. I just raise it as a suggestion to the Court or something that the Court might wish to take into consideration.
