Good morning, Madam President, your Honours. For the defence today - good morning, counsel opposite - myself Courtenay Griffiths, with me Ms Logan Hambrick, and we're also joined by one our interns, Mr Hawi Alot.

This morning we are expecting witness DCT-190?
-
And the witness is available and ready to come into court.
Before the witness comes into court though, your Honours, can I - having consulted with the witness this morning, he has asked that his name not be disclosed. That is the only protective measure he requests. And consequently, could I request that he been referred to merely by his DCT number.
-
Perhaps you could also tell the Court what language the witness will use.
-
The witness will be giving evidence in English.
-
Very well then. The protective measures earlier granted to this witness, with the exception of the use of the pseudonym, are rescinded at his request. Please call the witness in.
