Good morning, Madam President. Good morning, your Honours. Good morning, counsel opposite. Appearing for the Defence this morning are myself, Morris Anyah, Mr Silas Chekera. Last, and certainly not the least, we are joined by the Principal Defender of the Special Court, Ms Claire Carlton-Hanciles, and we welcome her back to the Court. Thank you.

Certainly. Ms Claire Carlton-Hanciles is very well from Sierra Leone to the Court and, indeed, Mr Tharmaratnam is also welcomed to the Court.
