Well, at that particular time what we did was the elections in Liberia was done on a process called proportional representation. So individuals, while their names were not directly on the ballot, from the party perspective we internally selected individuals who had the clout in their regions and those were the people that were sent out to campaign and were being looked at as prospective senators and representatives because proportional representation called for appointing those individuals after the process.
