China and the United States are - they are friends but they are fighting now over the Dalai Lama going to meet President Obama. They compartmentalise these things. We provide information. They provide information. If you cut off information from us, you need us too. Liberia is a long-standing friend of the United States and I'm not going to get into the intelligence part of this, but there's a long relationship in terms of training, in terms of expertise. So those people are in place. So, I mean, we can be disagreeing on this side but there are certain points that we cooperate on, and so that's the way it works.
