Good morning, Madam President. Good morning, your Honours, and counsel opposite. For the Prosecution this morning, Brenda J Hollis, myself, Mohamed A Bangura, Kathryn Howarth and Maja Dimitrova. Thank you, your Honours.
[Microphone not activated] we continue with your evidence and I remind you of the oath that you took to tell the truth. That oath is still binding on you today. Also, if you need to excuse yourself to use the facilities, just put up your hand and I will see, and then we can let you go and use the facilities if at any stage of the proceedings you need to excuse yourself. Is that clear?
Thank you, Madam President. Madam President, in view of the difficulties we were having with the language yesterday, I am going to ask the witness a few questions related to any other language that he might be proficient in with the possibility that if we continue to have difficulties, we might have to switch to a different language.
