  • Good morning. Yesterday Justice Sebutinde was taken ill and we adjourned the proceedings. Today she is still too ill to attend court. This morning the Trial Chamber issued an order pursuant to Rule 16(A) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence, the effect of which will be that the Trial Chamber continue in the absence of Justice Sebutinde for a period of not more than five working days from today.
